We are not currently registered for VAT.

1.2 These terms apply to your use of the website. By using it you agree to them. Use of the GarageCloud app on a garage's Subdomain is covered by our Terms of Service, and use of the Customer Portal by our Customer Portal Terms of Use.

2.1 The website is free to use. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice, and we do not promise it will always be available or free from errors.

2.2 If you create a login or join our waiting list, keep your details private and tell us if you think someone else has used them.

3.1 Content on the website is general information about GarageCloud. It is not professional advice. We try to keep it accurate and up to date but do not promise that it is.

3.2 Prices and features shown on the website are not an offer. A contract is only formed when you sign up under our Terms of Service.

4.1 We or our licensors own the content, design, logos and software on the website. You may view and print pages for your own use. You must not copy, reproduce or use them commercially without our written permission.

5.1 Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for them.

5.2 You may link to our home page in a fair and lawful way that does not damage our reputation or suggest any association we have not agreed to.

6.1 You must not:

• use the website for anything unlawful or fraudulent;

• introduce viruses or other harmful material;

• try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its server or any connected system;
